Our company specializes in the sale and processing of sheep and goats in Singapore and Indonesia, primarily for the Korban festival. This website is designed to provide information about our services and facilitate the purchase of our products.

Product Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, or other content on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.
Livestock Quality and Returns
All sales of livestock for the Korban festival are final. The responsibility for the selection of goats rests with the purchaser. We will ensure that all animals processed for slaughter meet SFA, NParks, ESCAS, and religious fitness, quality, and health and are bound by the respective regulations.
Any animals unfit for consumption will be removed and either treated or euthanised and incinerated.
An-Nahr Master will ensure all purchases are replaced with suitable alternatives on consultation with the buyer for goats.
Food Safety
The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and preparation of the products once they have been taken home. The Company shall not be held liable for any health issues or damages resulting from the improper handling, storage, or cooking of the products.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website, any conduct or content of any third party on the website, any content obtained from the website, and unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
